The build process is rewarding, but it does not come without its ups and downs. A custom home build takes 6-9 months to complete, during which time challenges can arise beyond our control. Our promise is to be transparent with our customers, and work through any issues together. We are on-site regularly and in constant contact with homeowners.
Warranty

Warranty
All of our builds come with the standard warranty for the state of Texas, also referred to as a 1-2-10 warranty. This will include warranty coverage for one year on workmanship and materials; coverage for two years on the delivery portion of systems; and coverage for 10 years on major structural defects.
