With a custom home comes a custom price.  While the average cost is $200 a square foot for the living area; upgraded options, porches, and shops can drive that number up.  There is no generic square foot price when building an RFH Custom Home due to each customer's unique desires and preferences.  A bid can be provided once plans and specifications have been discussed.  

RFH Custom Homes puts the creativity in the customer's hands.  From flooring to fixtures, the homeowner receives a healthy allowance for all specialty options.  Allowance options include appliances, countertops, electrical fixtures, flooring, plumbing fixutres, and tile/marble showers.  **Customer will also choose cabinet style, paint colors, and trim styles which are included in the bid cost.

While RFH Custom Homes does not currently offer stock plans, we can direct our customers to a drafter/designer.  We utilize a drafter that can assist in designing a dream home from top to bottom.  The cost of plans can differ from home to home depending on total slab square footage, specifications, and changes.  

We are currently booking new builds for the fourth quarter of 2023.  As a detail-oriented company, we ensure that each new home receives our direct attention and is built to our standards.  In order to accomplish this we typically only have 3-4 builds ongoing at one time.
